Iron Horse Dewormer Crumbles

I.H. Horse Dewormer 0.5% Crumbles has the active ingredient ”fenbendazole” which is an effective, safe approved dewormer for equines. It may be mixed or top-dressed onto feed.   I.H. Dewormer will aid in the removal and control of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworm, ascarids and arteritis caused by 4 th stage larve of Strongylus vulgaris.

HORSE OWNERS

Horse owners that use I.H. Crumbles find that it is one of the easiest, most convenient dewormers to use on the market today.   All you do is mix or top dress on your regular horse feed and walk away.   The forage crumbles are quickly eaten without waste.   Your horse gets the entire dose as intended.   I.H. Dewormer Crumbles can be effectively used 3-4 times a year in a regular rotation of anthelmentics.   You don’t have to have special skills or use “strong armed” tactics, you simply give it to your horse during a regular feeding.   Any one can do it.

WHAT’S IN IT? –– IS IT SAFE?

I.H. Horse Dewormer is made of pelleted natural forage and grain products.   It has a crude protein of 9%, 2.5% fat, 15% fiber and about 6% Calcium.   The active ingredient is fenbendazole at the rate of 2.27 g/lb. It is a wide spectrum, safe anthelmentic.   There are no known contraindications.   No side effects observed in young, sick, or debilitated animals.   There is a wide margin of safety with regards to dose.

DOSAGE

A one pound package will treat 1000 lbs. of body weight.   Doses should be reduced or increased to match body weight of the animal.    For example, a 500 lb. foal should receive ½ lb. of I.H. Horse Dewormer.   A 1500 lb. draft horse should receive l ½   lbs. of Dewormer.
