The makers of Iron Horse Products, is committed to safeguarding your privacy both online and offline. Personal information that you share with IH will only be used to assist you in conducting business with IH. For example: to fulfill a product order or to provide you with additional information as requested. When you place an order by using   www.ironhorseproducts.com and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with IH alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. IH will not share your personal information with another company for any reason.

If you do purchase I H products; your name, address, credit card, and other normal information is requested so we can fulfill your order. When you mail an order or send an order by FAX, we ask for credit card information to fulfill the request.   After the order is finalized, we destroy credit card numbers and expiration dates.   Each new order must be accompanied by new credit card information.   We will honor orders by personal check after they have cleared.   Orders can be sent by email (and we will honor these orders if proper information is rendered), but we do not encourage this type of order at this time do to security reasons.   We hope to use an encrypted order form in the near future.   Keeping your personal financial information private is vitally important to us.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, IH cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us for our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security. IH may, from time to time, send you an e-mail regarding our products and services. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us and we will block all optional e-mail to your account.
